Foundations Showcase is where every twelve-week batch performs for the very first time.

For most of the dancers on this stage, it is the first performance of their lives. Twelve weeks ago many of them had never taken a class. Tonight each batch presents a short piece built together with their teacher, from the first count to the final bow.

This is the warmest night of our calendar. The audience is made up of friends, families and classmates, and every piece gets the same loud welcome. Stay for the whole programme — the final group number brings every batch onto the floor at once.
