Cypher Sunday is the one night where nobody is on stage and everybody is on the floor.

There is no running order, no judging panel and no set list. A DJ plays, a circle forms, and whoever feels ready steps in. Some people take the centre for eight counts, some for eight minutes. Both are exactly right.

The only rule is respect. Give every dancer your full attention while they are in the circle, cheer loudly, and never step on someone else's moment. Beginners are welcome, first-timers especially. Watching counts as taking part.
