Heels & Attitude is about owning the room — confident lines, sharp stops and a walk nobody forgets
Dancing in heels is its own discipline. We spend the opening weeks on strength and control: ankles, core and posture, first in flat shoes and then in heels, so every later move feels stable rather than risky.
Once the foundations are in place we move into choreography built around attitude — hair flicks, floor work, freezes and the kind of walk that makes an entrance. Every routine is broken down slowly, then run at full energy until it feels like yours.
The course finishes with a filmed performance in full costume, so you leave with a video you will actually want to share and a confidence that stays long after the heels come off.
